Meatloaf

This is just a classic meatloaf. It uses Stove Top instead of bread crumbs so it gives it a really good flavor. Also, no ketchup! I hate the ketchup! This one is made with barbecue sauce (normally I don't like barbecue sauce but it is good on this) Hope you like it!

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb ground beef
1 package (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix, chicken flavor
1 cup water
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, divided

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375. in a small bowl, beat eggs lightly with fork.
2. In a large bowl mix meat, stuffing, water, beaten eggs, and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
3. Shape mixture into an oval loaf in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. (Using a large baking dish makes it easier to pour out and discard excess fat drippings)
4. Top meatloaf with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
5. Bake one hour or until cooked through.
