Three Cheese Chicken Penne Pasta Bake

We have not tried this one yet but it sounds really good. It is from Kraft and so far I have not found many that I do not like from them. Since it is on the menu for this week, I am posting it even though we haven't tried it so that everyone has access to the recipe. Hope you like it!

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups penne pasta
1 package (9 oz) fresh spinach leaves
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1 jar (14.5 oz) spaghetti sauce
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
2 oz (1/4 of 8 oz package) Neufachetel Cheese, cubed (Sometimes when it calls for this I use cream cheese instead and it has always worked so if it is not on sale, try substituting cream cheese.)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook pasta, adding spinach to boiling water for the last one minute.
2. Cook and stir chicken and basil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add sauce and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Simmer 3 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir in Neufchatel cheese (cream cheese).
3. Drain pasta mixture; return to pan. Stir in chicken mixture and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Spoon into a 2 quart baking dish.
4. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
